What is a subdomain booking page?
A subdomain booking page means your booking page is available at a unique web address, for example https://your-business.idopontok.hu. This is a subdomain under idopontok.hu that you can easily share with clients on social media, email, or business cards.
How many staff members can I manage?
The number of manageable staff members depends on the chosen plan. The Starter plan includes 1 staff member, the Business plan includes 5 staff members, and the Enterprise plan allows unlimited colleagues. Each staff member has their own schedule, service offerings, and profile.

The system automatically sends email reminders upon booking confirmation, as well as at configurable intervals before the appointment, such as 24 hours or 1 hour prior. Emails are customizable, in Hungarian, and include details about the appointment, service, and location.
Can I accept online payments?
Yes, the Business and Enterprise plans support online payments and deposits at the time of booking, helping reduce no-shows and improve cash flow.
How does deposit payment work?
You can set up deposit requirements for certain services or time slots. The deposit amount can be defined as a percentage or a fixed amount. If the client does not show up, the deposit covers the lost revenue.
What cancellation rules can be set?
You can fully customize cancellation and modification conditions. You can set how far in advance a client can cancel for free, and what happens if they exceed that time. The system automatically handles these rules and notifies the client.
What is the customer database for?
The customer database automatically records clients' contact information, booking history, and preferences. This helps with personalized service, managing returning clients, and can be used for marketing targeting, all in a GDPR-compliant manner.

Clients receive automatic confirmation notifications upon successful booking, reminders before the appointment, and notifications about booking modifications or cancellations. These notifications are sent via email and, depending on the chosen plan, via SMS as well.
What future integrations are expected?
